Wanted to check in here as it has been a minute since we did a live class! Wherever you are, I hope you’ve been well. <3 Sharing here a very potent message from Uncle Mike. All of these points have been BUSTING through strongly in my own life and conversations with others in the past few days and I find this summation to be straight forward and resonating powerfully, hope you enjoy. Also wanted to share here a couple practices I have found beautiful as of late that may inspire! Lately I have finding myself moving through more still, stable held positions during morning practice, and finding much depth in slow, mindful walking. What about you?
